• Return requests must be raised by contacting us first

• Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)

• Innerwear, personal care items, and hygiene products

• Items purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned)

💸 Refunds

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method

• COD refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or wallet

🚚 Return Shipping
