  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
